3M - 4936 VHB Tape
Super strong 3M VHB Tapes provide the simplicity of a tape fastener with incredible strength that in many situations, replaces rivets, bolts, screws, spot welds, liquid adhesives and other permanent fasteners. 3M VHB Foam Tapes are made with acrylic foam which is viscoelastic in nature. This gives the foam energy absorbing and stress relaxing properties which provides these tapes with their unique characteristics.
Feature a multi-purpose adhesive on both sides of conformable foam. Conformable tape provides good contact even with mismatched substrates. Provides excellent adhesion to metal, glass and a wide variety of plastics. Tensile strength 90 lbs/in². Liner type 3 Mil 54# Kraft. 25 Mil Gray tape. UP746C.
